Easter Sunday in the Sanctuary
Alleluia! Christ is risen! Christ is risen indeed!

Uplifting and glorious praise to the risen Christ will be presented by the choir, brass, organ, bells and congregation in this year’s Easter Worship celebration. The Chancel Ringers will provide the dramatic accompaniment for the procession of the Christ Candle, which signifies the presence of the Risen Christ. Accompanied by brass, bells and timpani, the Chancel Choir will tell the story of Jesus’ resurrection in the anthem He Is Not Here! He Is Risen!, composed by Allen Pote. Also included is a handbell arrangement of a French Carol titled, Now the Green Blade Rises.  Dr. Mark Gooden will share a message of hope in this joy-filled Easter worship celebration.
