Check Them Out

If you are looking for some inspirational reading, check out the books in the UMW library.

The library is located in a cabinet on the left in Mohney Hall.

Books from the United Methodist Women’s Reading Program have been added to the collection. They include one book each from these categories: Education for Mission, Leadership Development, Nurturing for Community, Social Action, Spiritual Growth.

Here is what has been written about “Beaded Hope” by Cathy Liggett from the Education for Mission category:

“When four women embark on a mission trip to South Africa, they all have selfish reasons for going. What none of them expects is how profoundly their lives will be transformed by the people they meet. This is a moving story about the power of faith and hope to overcome even the most tragic circumstances.”

Checking out books is self-service. So help yourself and enjoy.
